There’s no such thing as making too many… {Mo’s Dream Team}

…birthday cards. I truly believe that. Having birthday cards on hand is so practical, so I always jump at the chance to make them. I made this one really simple, focusing on Superduper Girl and just adding a cluster of patterned papers and embellishments. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy.

Hi, crafty friends! I'm sharing a fun Easter card today, featuring the adorable Eggstravaganza stamp from the brand new mini release from @purpleoniondesigns, illustrated by @chilliezgraphy. This image was so fun to color, and this release is so cute. I love Pei's illustrations, I'm a huge fan of her work and I'm so lucky I get to play with her illustrations through her collections with Purple Onion. Hi, crafty friends! The @ramstamps animal numbers are perfect when you want to personalize a card, this time with the number 6 for a little boy. As usual, I've colored the image with Copics, and the colors in the finished card feel very Australian to me, which I'm here for - even though the recipient is half Norwegian, half Thai. 😅 🇦🇺 🇳🇴 🇹🇭 Hi, crafty friends. I'm stretching my supplies today, using a Christmas die set (Festive Blooms from C9) for a non holiday card. I'm not a floral expert, but this particular flower from the die set doesn't scream Christmas to me, so I opted for a springtime pink one instead. What do you think? Does it work or is this strictly a holiday flower? What kind of flower is this? Do you like the card? I have so many questions. Hi, crafty friends. It's no secret that I love Tofu and the rest of the characters in Pei's illustrations, and her collaboration with @purpleoniondesigns has led to some amazing stamps that we can play with. You've got to love a birthday clad cat and chick waiting to surprise someone on their birthday. I kept this card one layer, the only real dimension on this card comes from the pom pom on the party hat - I couldn't resist adding a real one. Hi, crafty friends! I'm sharing a colorful birthday card that I created for the @papiria_hobby blog. These @concordand9th colors make me happy, and with Kristina Werner's stamps and dies, you end up with the perfect combination of products. Hi, crafty friends. Have a holly jolly Christmas! I know Christmas isn't here yet, but I love creating holiday cards all year and this peeking reindeer from Mo Manning was simply too cute to resist. I colored him like Rudolph, I couldn't resist a red nose. Technically I colored HER like Rudolph. Male reindeer shed their antlers in the fall, making this a female. Not that I'm really trying for realism with a red nose, anyway, but it's a fun little tidbit. This is actually a tri fold card, I hid a magnet behind the reindeer's head to close it. Hi, crafty friends. Today, I'm sharing a fun card featuring the Party Pig from @purpleoniondesigns, brilliantly illustrated by @chilliezgraphy. I went for a fun color combo and ink blended additional balloons in the background with the help of a stencil. I decided that my layout worked best on a square card. Back in the day, I used to only create square cards. These days, they're rare - but still fun once in a while to go back to. Hi, crafty friends. I’m sharing a few cards today that I created for the @papiria_hobby blog featuring the fun Wild Meadow turnabout set from @concordand9th. I love how easy it is to play with different color combinations when working with turnabouts. I created two with similar techniques and one that is very different. I snuck in a few sentiments from @altenewllc, as well. The color combo on the monochromatic one is all with Altenew inks. Hi, crafty friends! It's the first Sunday of Advent, and I have a gift tag to share today, featuring this cute Baking Fun image illustrated by @chilliezgraphy for @purpleoniondesigns. I love Pei's illustration style, and this little mouse is so cute doing some heavy lifting! The annual holiday sale is now underway at Purple Onion Designs - rubber stamps are 25 % off until December 8th, 2025 (some exclusions apply). The sentiment is also from Purple Onion, and I love this reverse style where you actually stamp the background in whatever color you like, and the sentiment itself stays the color of the cardstock you use.
