Overraskelse! {Mo’s Clubhouse}

I dag er det min tur til å inspirere på Mo’s Clubhouse-bloggen, og jeg har laget dette enkle kortet for anledningen. Kortet ble laget til en god venninne, og inni har jeg blant annet skrevet “Til en apekatt fra en annen”. Jeg bare måtte!!

Today it’s my turn to inspire on Mo’s Clubhouse blog, and I’ve made this simple card for the occasion. I sent it to a good friend, and on the inside I wrote (among other things) “To one monkey from another.” I just had to!!

Jeg har brukt det utrolig søte Monkey Tricks-motivet som jeg selvfølgelig har farget med Copics. Kortet er i en litt snodig størrelse, 4 1/4 x 4 1/2″, men det var det som passet best til motivet, så da ble det sånn. Jeg har brukt Papertrey Ink Aqua Mist kartong (man kan se litt av kartongen på innsiden av kortet til venstre i bildet) til base, og jeg har brukt den samme fargen i stempelsverte til teksten, som er et stempel fra Hilsninger-platen til Norsk Stempelblad. Jeg har pyntet enkelt med papirer fra Sofiero-kolleksjonen til Maja Design (Enjoying the lovely fragrance og a Romantic picnic in the Park) og et par enamel dots. Den rosa er fra Papirdesign, og den andre kommer fra My Mind’s Eye (Find Your Wings and Fly – Sky’s the Limit).

I used the adorable Monkey Tricks image and colored it with Copics. The card size is a bit odd, 4 1/4 by 4 1/2″, but that’s what fit my image the best, so that’s just how it is. I used Papertrey Ink Aqua Mist cardstock (you can see a little of the cardstock on the inside of the card to the left in the photo) for the card base, and I used ink in the same color for the sentiment, which is from a Norsk Stempelblad stamp set. I decorated simply with papers from Maja Design’s Sofiero collection (Enjoying the lovely fragrance and a Romantic picnic in the Park) and a couple of enamel dots. The pink one is from Papirdesign, and the other from My Mind’s Eye (Find Your Wings and Fly – Sky’s the Limit).

Innsiden har kun en personlig hilsen, så den dropper jeg bilde av, men på baksiden har jeg stemplet et stempel fra Livet-platen til Norsk Stempelblad, selvfølgelig med Aqua Mist-blekk fra Papertrey Ink så det skal matche kartongen.

On the inside of the card there’s nothing but my personal greeting, so I’ll skip that, but on the back of the card I stamped another Norsk Stempelblad stamp, with Aqua Mist ink, of course, I want things to match!

Som vanlig avslutter jeg med fargene jeg har brukt til å fargelegge motivet mitt.
