It might seem that I’m a bit behind, but I made this Halloween treat coffin for the October issue of Ett trykk. Featuring Mo Manning’s It’s all about the Candy! (boy), it even made the cover, which never gets old.
I colored my image with Copics before fussy cutting it, leaving a small white border. The coffin is made from Bazzill covered in Papirdesign patterned papers.
I added the image with foam squares to the lid of the coffin.
I put some cheesecloth at the bottom of the coffin, and added candy in Halloween appropriate colors. By the time I gave the coffin to my nephew, all the candy was gone. Imagine that… 😉
I cut my banners from a Papirdesign patterned paper and added sparkly bats. I made the bats using black cardstock that I cut with a knife/pair of scissors, a coating of Wink of Stella, then a thick layer of Glossy Accents.
