Jul for alle pengene {Mo’s Dream Team}

It’s another Wednesday and my turn to inspire on Mo Manning’s DT blog. This time I colored Toyshop Helper and put him on a biiiiig gift tag. I never get enough gift tags done for Christmas. I decorated very simply with patterned paper from an old Maja Design collection, a piece of red lace, a charm and a bit of white hemp.

  1. I just loooove your creations with Mo’s images, and the colouring is too good!!! 🙂 Can I ask a question please? With regards to this tag, did you stamp the image separately and added it on the Maja paper after you coloured it? It’s perfect in every way!!!! 🙂 Thanks for the inspiration… I could comment on every card.creation you make 🙂

    • Such a sweet and wonderful comment, Rosette, thank you. I fussy cut my little helper and glued him directly on the Maja paper for this tag. A bit of work with the cutting, but also strangely relaxing, somehow. ☺️

      • True, I find it relaxing as well. I was wondering how did you do that, as the image has the string (which the boy is pulling the toy with) and the caterpillar’s antennae. 🙂 Thanks for the reply Elin, very kind of you

  2. I cut the toy and the top of the antennae separate from the rest of the image and drew the connecting lines with a brown Copic marker on the patterned paper. Easy peasy. ☺️👍
